The process for obtaining the digital resources developed during the Adventure of the American Mind (AAM) project is as follows:

1. Submit the Application Request to Dr. Pam Johnson (pamjohnson@ercwc.org). (Word Version - PDF Version)
2. Once we receive your application, we will notify you to schedule an online discussion about the delivery process and answer your questions. You may have up to four computer connections for this discussion.
3. Following this discussion, we will address any questions or issues you may have, and send the License Agreement for the appropriate individuals within your organization to sign. The License Agreement will specify copyright issues and any requirements placed on these materials by our parent organizations, the Education and Research Consortium of the Western Carolinas, Inc. and the Library of Congress.
4. Once we received the signed License Agreement, we will mail CDs of the digital materials to you.
5. The final step is to upload these materials to your server or website. If you have questions, you may request a phone meeting with one of our technical support staff.
